1 General Terms and Eligibility

tk bed is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legally binding agreement between tk bed and its users. By using this website or mobile application, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final. tk bed reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the site after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all services on tk bed — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and all other sections. Separate terms may apply to specific sections or promotions, and these will be stated on the relevant section's page.

1.2 Language and Communication

All formal communication with tk bed may be conducted in Bengali or English. The customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both languages.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on tk bed, the applicant must be 21 years of age or older (for ages 21+). A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested at any time to verify age. If false age or information is provided, the account will be permanently closed and any stored balance may be forfeited.

2.1 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or from the same device within the same household, they will be merged or closed. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment account details provided at registration must be completely accurate. To update any information, contact the support team and complete the required verification process. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login details (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your OTP or password with anyone. tk bed will not be held responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account — however, if you contact support immediately, the necessary steps will be taken.

3 Deposit and Payment Methods

To deposit funds on tk bed, you may use bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and tk bed is not obliged to refund such transactions.

3.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits are usually credited to the account instantly. However, bank transfers (from Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank or other scheduled banks) may take a little longer. If a deposit is not confirmed, contact support with the payment slip or transaction ID.

3.2 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing funds into tk bed using another person's mobile banking or bank account is prohibited. The payment method details used for deposits must match your registered information. If they do not match, funds may be frozen and withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

4 Withdrawal and Payment Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount from tk bed is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Account verification must be complete before withdrawing. Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until any active bonus wagering requirement has been met. The original deposited amount may still be withdrawn, but doing so will cancel the bonus.

4.2 Withdrawal Rejection

If tk bed determines that fraudulent or irregular activity has occurred on an account, tk bed reserves the right to reject the withdrawal request and investigate the account. Funds may be placed on hold during the investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The tk bed welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000. Wagering: ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered. Or, depositing ৳15,200 gives a ৳15,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳30,200. Wagering: ৳15,000 × 25 = ৳3,75,000.

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly into cash.
• A bonus is never "free" money — it is a conditional promotional benefit.
• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit, otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
• Participation in any bonus offer is entirely optional.

5.2 Right to Modify Promotions

tk bed reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. The terms applicable to bonuses already accepted will remain unchanged.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

tk bed's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can move up to higher levels through regular play.

The weekly cashback is a set percentage of the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

6.1 VIP Cashback Rates

• Bronze: maximum 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: maximum 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: maximum 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: maximum 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: maximum 1.2% weekly cashback

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder. If irregular activity is proven, VIP status and associated benefits may be cancelled.
